John K. Carr & Mary
Ann Carr
John discovered his love for land as a child growing
up in the cotton fields and on farms throughout the Mississippi
Delta. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Forestry from Mississippi State University in 1969,
John has been involved in acquiring and selling land from
Virginia to Texas. In 1995, John became a real estate broker
and has specialized in representing clients in the buying
and selling of land. He is currently licensed in AR, MS,
LA & NC. Whether you are buying or selling residential
or commercial properties, one acre or 100,000+ acres of
timberland, John's experience with property and land transactions
will ensure you are well represented.
After 30 years in
the nursing field, Mary Ann Carr, is now assisting
her husband John in the real estate business. Mary
Ann and John married in 1968 and have two daughters
and four grandchildren. |

Dave
Whalen
Dave Whalen, Marketing Director for John K. Carr
Realty, moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas from Atlanta
in 2005, after retiring from the fragrance industry where
he held various management, marketing, and sales training &
development related positions. Dave lives along the White
River in a home he built, and has personally invested
in residential and commercial properties throughout the
Twin Lakes area. He is currently an active member of
First Baptist Church, coaches first and second grade
girls Upwards Basketball, plays golf in the Men's League
at Big Creek Country Club, and is an active member of
the Mountain Home, Bull Shoals, and Mountain View Chambers
of Commerce. As Marketing Director, Dave is a tremendous
asset to John K. Carr Realty, and will be happy to introduce
you to the Twin Lakes area.

Sharon Kilcoyne
Sharon Kilcoyne, Sales Associate for John K. Carr Realty,
moved to Mountain Home from Delafield, Wisconsin
in 1994, and has been a Realtor in the Twin Lakes
Area since 1998. Sharon has an Associate Degree in
Interior Design, and has sales experience in the
interior decorating industry, and hands on experience
in remodeling homes. She has also owned “Rose
of Sharon” stained glass studio where she designed
and cut glass.
Sharon is a choir member at First
Baptist Church of Mountain Home, and a bass player
for a southern gospel quartet, “The Spokesmen.”
She likes to sing, golf, dance and camp. Sharon is
a mother of two, and a grandmother. Sharon is here
to serve you and meet your real estate needs. |

Libby Gatton
Libby Gatton is a native of Conway, AR. She and her husband,
Leo, are currently living in the Norfork community
on the White River. Libby has spent most of the last
30 years working as a Quality Tech Engineer for companies
such as American Transportation, Texas Instruments,
Duracel Batteries, and Aurora Flight Sciences, makers
of the Global Hawk unmanned aircraft. She has an Associate
Degree in Electronic Engineering. She and her husband
are licensed auctioneers and own Legacy Estate Services,
LLC that specializes in real estate and personal property
liquidations throughout Northern Arkansas. Libby is
also CAGA certified for personal property appraisals.

Val Tilley
Val Tilley moved to the area after her
husband, a native of Mountain Home, finished his service
in the United States Navy. They currently live in the
Calico Rock area with their two children. Val is a full
